又到了喝豆漿的時候....剩下的豆渣就留給植物們用吧.

很想知道,有多少人跟廚娘一樣 - 長年喝的都是無糖的純豆漿.自己在亞洲的時間,反而早就喝不下外頭那些甜到頂出喉頭的豆漿,更常納悶怎麼現代人味覺被不知名的添加大軍改變這麼多?

(回歸自然的小眾生活,這樣吃,廚娘跟家人的身體感到非常幸福.)
